A Dental laboratory Specializing in Implantology
YOUR TITANIUM ABUTMENT IS SHOWING.
And it’s probably costing you esthetics.
That grey hue shining through an otherwise beautiful implant crown?
It doesn’t have to be there.
At HDL, we’re offering opaqued abutments for cement-retained and screw-mentable restorations.
The goal is simple:
Block the grey. Let the restoration show.
No complicated workaround.
No hoping the ceramic is thick enough.
No accepting “good enough.”
Just better control over the final result.
Small component. Big difference.
Would you use an opaqued abutment on your next implant case?
👇 YES or NO?

FROM DIGITAL DESIGN → DOUBLE ARCH TRANSFORMATION.
This is what happens when clinical expertise + digital technology + a dialed-in lab workflow come together.
For this double-arch All-on-X case with @briancmlee at COFS, we leveraged some of the most advanced technology available to digitally design, engineer, and manufacture the upper and lower immediate provisionals.
The goal wasn’t just to make teeth.
It was to create a predictable, functional, and beautiful result for the patient — while giving the surgical team the precision and confidence needed on the day of surgery.
Designed digitally.
Fabricated with precision.
Delivered chairside.
Patient transformed.
This is the future of Full-Arch Dentistry.
And we’re just getting started.

There’s something pretty satisfying about watching a full-arch zirconia restoration come to life.
Just digital precision + advanced milling + experienced technicians coming together to create something designed to perform.
This is HDL behind the scenes. 🦷⚙️
DM us to give our team a test drive and see what the buzz is all about.

Some cases are just worth sharing 🎯. Our arch cases are always fun to showcase, but the backbone of our laboratory has always been implant crown & bridge.
